On Friday, Oct 1, your campus radio station, WDUB 91.1 FM, "The Doobie," will be rockin' the East Quad with our "Streaming Kick-Off Party." This euphoric musical orgasm will mark the beginning of free internet streaming of all the station's broadcasts! You'll no longer be limited to the piss-poor reception of your clunky radio, but will get to enjoy the eclectic musical styles of our 100+ DJ's in high-fidelity greatness. Plus, get there by 8pm for your chance to sign up to win an iPod, and to see your favorite campus bands. Parents in town? Bring them too! October 1. 8 pm. East Quad. The Stream is On.

Earlier today, the Doobie was devasted to hear the news that Old Guy, a WDUB legend, passed away. We will miss our most dedicated listener dearly, and you will always be in our hearts.

Broadcasting for the fall semester of 2004 is well underway, and now the web page is finally starting to catch up. Soon, you will be able to listen to WDUB live on this webpage, as well as chat with the DJs, read about their shows, and check out our top music picks of the week.
